Registration fees (including welcome reception, conference talks, poster sessions, lunches & coffee breaks)

  • Full rate

- Early registration (before May 15th 2022): 490€

- After May 15th 2022: 540€  

  • Student rate

- Early registration (before May 15th 2022): 390€

- After May 15th 2022: 440€

  • Optional items

- Gala dinner: 60€

- Accompanying person (includes welcome reception and gala dinner): 100€

- Excursion: 80€

 

Cancellations and refunds:

- Full refund*: on or before June 15th 2022.

- No refund: on or after June 16th 2022.

*Registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees (100€)
